Public liability insurance certificate valid for full permit period (min £5m)

Minimum 1.2m unobstructed footway for pedestrians must be maintained
Scaffold must be adequately lit from half hour before sunset to half hour after sunrise
Town centre scaffolding erection/dismantling only permitted 6pm-8am
Maximum licence period is 3 months
Site meeting required if scaffold closer than 450mm to carriageway edge
Public liability insurance must be maintained for full scaffold permit period
