- Complete road space booking form
- Attach site location plan and dimensioned elevations
- Attach current Public Indemnity Insurance cover
- Attach traffic management plans
- Attach road space booking form
- Must not commence erection until licence received
- Licence normally valid for up to 12 weeks
- Must remove structure or renew licence after 12 weeks
- If both scaffolding and hoarding licences needed, two separate fees apply
