What the council asks for (8)
- Application must be made at least 10 working days before proposed start date
- Must be requested by a scaffolding company or scaffolders with CISRS cards
- Must have a scaffolding safety certificate from CHAS, Alcumus or similar body
- Safety certificate and insurance document must be issued to the same company name
- Provide design plans, traffic management plans or construction management plans
- Attend a pre-inspection site meeting to outline work area and dimensions
- Display a copy of the licence on the structure no higher than six feet on the first day
- Follow all terms and conditions of the licence
